Most of us have been conditioned by society, by history, by fear to give away our power, not being fully connected to ourselves, our bodies, our sexuality. We have for various reasons squeezed ourselves into boxes and appropriate behavior – for survival.
The urge to expand fully inside. Letting all the joy and wildness be embraced and be a piercing part of life.
Now the time has come… And you know it!!!
A time for radical change.
A time to be responsible in a completely new way.
A time for truly and deeply to connect.
Connect with ourselves. Connect to our roots. To our ancestors. To our soul. To our body. To our sexuality, creativity, passion, pleasure. To our peace and power.
Not blaming anyone.
But with a clear intention and responsibility to recreate our lives – into what we are deeply longing it for to be.
Let us heal and cleanse the wounds and unhealthy stories.
Let us awaken the dormant parts inside.
Let us ignite our passions.
Let us play with pleasure and joy.
Let us liberate and thrive in Sacred Aliveness

During the retreat we will take a deep dive.
Opening, shredding, receiving, leaving, awakening, healing, clearing, activating
Inviting and allowing the transition…. Back to you.

Through bodywork, movement, dance, breath work, sauna, sharing, ceremonies.
And it will be full of fun, joy, cries, laughter, transformation & connection!

Absolutely extraordinary, I invite you to my home address, Frederiksborgvej 551, 4000 Roskilde. There are various options for accommodation; tents, shelters, few beds. Everyone arrives on Friday 10 June between 16 and 17 And we end Sunday at 3 p.m.
